Fata Morgana is a creative exploration filmed over seven days in Tenerife, capturing the island’s diverse climate zones and surreal landscapes, culminating in a trailer for a scenic, Star Wars-like space exploration adventure.

What We Wanted to Do:

When we landed in Tenerife, we expected a party island, but we were quickly hooked by the island’s national park, with its seven different climate zones. Inspired by this unexpected discovery, we ditched the Aperol glasses and decided to capture as much of the island as we could. Our goal was to blend personal adventure with the surreal beauty of Tenerife, creating a concept that felt like exploring different planets.

What We Did:

We spent seven days driving through Tenerife's diverse landscapes, from lush forests to arid deserts and volcanic peaks. We even ventured into areas with active wildfires, capturing the island's raw and wild beauty. Each day was a new adventure, and our concept evolved along the way. We aimed to create a visual narrative that mirrored a Star Wars-like space exploration, showcasing the island's unique climates and terrains.

Fata Morgana successfully combines elements of personal storytelling with high-concept visual exploration, highlighting Tenerife’s diverse and awe-inspiring natural beauty. The trailer has been well-received, praised for its creativity and the immersive experience it offers, making viewers feel like they are embarking on a journey through different worlds.
