Section 1: The Vision
Project Name: Sérénité et Seine
Client Name: Jonathan Essmann
What We Wanted to Do:

Paris, often characterized by its stunning architecture and romantic aura, also holds an underlying melancholy and sense of distance. I aimed to capture this duality by setting up my tripod and filming the city's ambiance. The goal was to visually and emotionally present the feeling of wandering through a city full of people who are always quietly searching for something, even if they don't know what it is.

Bringing Ideas to Life
What We Did:

I set up my tripod across various locations in Paris, aiming to capture the essence of its streets, architecture, and the fleeting moments of its inhabitants. The film focuses on the wandering nature of people in Paris, their quiet quests for unknown desires, and the emotional undercurrents of the city. Through a series of vlog-style monologues and visual storytelling, I conveyed the beauty and melancholic distance that define Paris.
